The Royal Camp at Pushkar takes place at the same time as the famous Pushkar Horse and Camel Fair and the Festival of Brahma, which takes place during the full moon every autumn. The Shikar-like Camp consists of a large Mughal-style reception tent, a recreation tent and several kitchen and store tents. The camp is located on a large private site overlooking the Mela ground and is flanked by open fields and hills. The Mela ground is within walking distance and the town of Pushkar can be approached easily.
